This notice describes the site behavior checked on September 13, 2026. It is a plain description of the current implementation, not legal advice or a promise that a provider's processing will never change. The site does not publish an operator identity, privacy contact, mailing address, jurisdiction, or site-controlled rights-request process, so none is inferred here.
Scope
This notice covers the public pages served at wowforeverguides.com. WoW Forever Guides is an independent fan publication about World of Warcraft: Forever. It is not Blizzard Entertainment's privacy policy, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard.
The checked date matters because the site and its providers can change.
What the site does now
The site is a static editorial publication. Its current routes contain articles, guides, source links, navigation, and a local image. The checked routes do not contain a contact form, newsletter signup, comments, account creation, login, payment flow, or user-content upload.
The generated HTML contains no site code that calls document.cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, fetch, XMLHttpRequest, or sendBeacon. A browser check of the live homepage found no form controls, no storage keys, and an empty document.cookie value after the page loaded. That is an observation of the checked page and browser state. It is not a claim about every browser, extension, provider, or future version.
There is no published email address or other submission route on the site. Do not send private information to an address guessed from repository or account records.
Analytics
The shared page shell loads Clicky's standard script for site ID 101511659:

The script is present once on each checked public HTML page. Clicky's own privacy guidance says its default visitor-privacy setting anonymizes IP addresses and does not use tracking cookies. The project configuration records the standard snippet and no privacy override. The project's Clicky setup record says live tracking was received after one normal page load. Those records do not expose every provider-side preference or retention setting.
Clicky's privacy policy says its end-user tracking can include the page URL and title, clicked-link URL and title, referrer, user agent, screen resolution, language, mouse-event coordinates, and an anonymized IP address. The same policy describes full IP addresses or tracking cookies in situations where visitor privacy is disabled or certain security conditions apply. This is Clicky's description of its service. It is not a claim that every optional feature is enabled on this site. This site does not pass names, email addresses, account IDs, or custom data to Clicky in its own HTML or scripts.
Clicky provides a global opt-out page. Clicky says that setting is browser- and device-specific and requires third-party cookies to be enabled for the opt-out page to work. WoW Forever Guides does not currently provide an in-page opt-out control.
Other network requests
The shared shell requests the Inter and Sora font stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com. Those requests are visible in the page source and may be blocked by a browser or network. The Google Fonts API documentation explains the stylesheet and font-file request pattern. This project has not verified Google's request-level data handling or retention for these font requests, so Google's own policies apply to that provider activity.
The live canonical response checked on September 13 also included a Cloudflare Insights beacon script from static.cloudflareinsights.com. That script was injected into the live response and was not present in the repository's generated public/ HTML or local configuration. The project has not confirmed whether the beacon is intentionally enabled, which events it sends for this site, its retention period, or its user-choice mechanism. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for the provider's general disclosures. Confirm or disable this beacon before treating this notice as final.
Cloudflare Pages and its edge network serve the site's files. Ordinary web delivery can involve request and security metadata at the hosting or CDN layer. This repository does not contain a verified Cloudflare Pages log list, retention schedule, or operator-controlled deletion process, so this notice does not invent one.
Links to other sites
Articles link to sources and other sites, including Blizzard and Battle.net, X, Reddit, YouTube, Wowhead, and other publishers. Following a link takes you to that provider. Their own privacy notices, cookies, accounts, and terms apply there. The site does not embed a form or social widget from those services in the checked HTML and does not control what an external page does after navigation.
Retention and privacy requests
No first-party account or submission database is implemented in the checked site. Provider-side analytics and hosting retention are outside the controls recorded in this repository, and no verified retention period is stated here.
The project records do not identify the operator's legal name, privacy contact, mailing address, governing jurisdiction, or a site-controlled process for access, correction, deletion, objection, or other rights requests. This page therefore does not publish a guessed contact or promise a response time, deletion result, legal right, or particular jurisdictional treatment. A provider's rights tools, such as Clicky's opt-out page, do not substitute for a site-owned contact process.
Children
The checked site has no age gate and does not ask for a person's age. The project has not adopted or verified a separate age policy, so this observation should not be read as an age-based promise.
Changes to this notice
When the site adds a form, account, advertising, additional analytics, embedded service, or another data path, this notice must be updated before that feature is released. Record the new checked date and the provider behavior that supports the change.
Evidence checked
The implementation review covered the live homepage and representative article, guide, and beta routes, the generated HTML, public response headers, and the analytics configuration and setup records. This notice is checked again when the site's data paths change.
